Send the request from the email address your Laces
account uses (that's how we verify it's you). If you no
longer control that address, say so in the email and we'll verify
another way.
We confirm the request by reply and complete the deletion
within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account — name, email address, and your
sign-in identity with our authentication provider.
Your gym memberships and roles.
Your training data — session runs and any
training content tied to your personal account.
What is kept, and for how long
Operational server logs that may reference your
account age out automatically within 30 days.
Gym-owned content (for example, training
sessions your gym created for its members) belongs to the gym and is
not deleted with your personal account — it is no longer associated
with you once your account is gone.
Nothing else is retained after deletion completes.
