Privacy Policy

Laces ("we", "us") is a training platform for functional-fitness gyms, offered as web and mobile applications. This policy describes what data we handle and why. It applies to the Laces apps and to laces.fit services.

What we collect

• Account data — your name and email address, collected when you create an account or accept a gym invitation. Authentication is provided by Clerk, our sign-in processor.
• Training data — content you or your gym create in the product: gym membership, roles, training sessions, activities, and session runs.
• Technical data — basic logs needed to operate the service (such as request identifiers and timestamps). We do not use advertising or cross-app tracking identifiers.

What we use it for

• Signing you in and keeping your account secure.
• Connecting you with your gym and showing its training content.
• Operating, debugging, and improving the service.
• Sending transactional email (for example, gym invitations).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not show ads.

Who processes it

We use a small set of infrastructure service providers to run Laces — an authentication provider, database and application hosting providers, a networking/content-delivery provider, and (for transactional email) an email delivery provider. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us, and none may use it for their own purposes.

Retention & deletion

Account and training data are kept while your account is active. To delete your account and associated personal data, follow the steps on Delete your account — in short: email us from your account's address and we complete deletion within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to production systems is restricted to the operator.

Children

Laces is not directed at children under 13, and gym membership is by invitation from a gym.

Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes and adjust the effective date above.
